Our Earth at Risk
“To protect humanity, we have to protect the places where we live, the earth that feeds us, the richness of life that surrounds us. The fragile ecosystem of which we form part is on the point of crumbling. The arrogance of humans that has allowed us to grow and develop as a species may well also be their downfall. For if we cannot stop the exploitation of the earth and the natural world, that very same natural world may become our nemesis.”
